Refund Policy

All MVCHETE products are made to order.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand and custom products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
