Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

MVCHETE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect information.

Refund Policy

All MVCHETE products are made to order.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand and custom products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
